<p>Vasul Roman se tine scufundat in apa cel putin 20 de minute.</p>
<p>Pieptul de pui se dezoseaza si se taie in bucati.<br />
La fel se procedeaza si cu pulpa de vita:<br />

<p>Se aseaza carnea taiata in Vasul Roman si se acopera cu apa.<br />
Se introduce Vasul la cuptor (cu capacul pus) 60 de minute:<br />

<p>In timpul in care Vasul este la cuptor se pregatesc si celelalte ingrediente:</p>

<p>Se adauga castravetii, ceapa, vinul si apa pana se acopera compozitia.<br />

<p>Se scoate Vasul de la cuptor:</p>

<p>Se adauga smantana amestecata cu patrunjelul.<br />

<p><em>4. O cutie de rosii cherry</em></p>
<p><em>5. Ceva telemea (200-300 grame)</em></p>
<p><em>6. Cascaval &#8211; 300 grame</em></p>
<p><em>7. Smanatana &#8211; 350 grame</em></p>
<p><em>8. Oua &#8211; 2</em></p>
<p><em>9. Condimente: busuioc/ orgeano /patrunjel/boia</em></p>
<p><em>10. Putin unt</em></p>
<p><em>11. Un pahar de vin</em></p>
<p><em>12. 5 catei de usturoi</em></p>
<p>Primo, &#8220;strivim&#8221; usturoiul cu lama unui cutit. Asezam tortellini in vas (cat sa se formeze un strat). Punem un pahar de vin alb, apoi completam cu apa, cam cat sa cuprinda stratul de tortellini. Imprastiem busuioc, oregano si usturoi peste. Punem capacul si &#8220;lansam&#8221; vasul la cuptor. Presaram boia (eu am pus degeaba ca nu s-a simtit, dar poate voi aveti mai mult noroc). Trecem prin tigaie pana se rumeneste putin.<br />

Se reintroduce la cuptor (cu capacul pus) inca 30 de minute:</p>

<p>In timpul in care Vasul este la cuptor se pregatesc si celelalte ingrediente:</p>
<p>Mazarea se fierbe in apa circa 15 minute.</p>
<p>Ceapa se taie marunt si se condimenteaza cu boia si piper:</p>

<p><em><strong>Mod de preparare:</strong></em></p>
<p>Vasul Roman se tine scufundat in apa cel putin 20 de minute.</p>
<p>Se aseaza gaina afumata in Vas, se adauga sare, condimente naturale si apa.<br />
Se introduce Vasul Roman la cuptor 1,5 ore:</p>

<p>In timpul in care Vasul este la cuptor se pregatesc si celelalte ingrediente:</p>
<p>1. Ghebele se fierb circa 15 minute in apa:</p>

<p>Gaina se transeaza in bucati si se adauga si restul de ingrediente, mai putin usturoiul.</p>

Se pregatesc 8-10 clatite (sau mai multe daca e tigaia mai mica) dupa retea clasica (amesteci oul cu faina si pui lapte pana iese ca o smantana mai subtire; pui cu polonicul in tigaie; astepti, arunci, daca se intoarce in tigaie astepti sa se faca si pe partea cealalta, daca ramane pe perete sau aterizeaza pe jos – reincepi procesul de la partea cu polonicul).</p>

<p>2. Se amesteca branza de vaci cu 2 oua; daca nu aveti intoleranta la stafide, aruncati si o mana de stafide in compozitie. Apoi puneti si zahar (sa zicem circa o treime din cele aproximativ 200 gr necesare; sau mai exact…puneti din ochi…dupa gust <img src='http://s2.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_razz.gif' alt=':P' class='wp-smiley' />  ).</p>

<p style="text-align:left;">3. Se separa galbenusurile de la 5 oua. Se amesteca cu zahar (sa zicem inca o treime <img src='http://s2.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_razz.gif' alt=':P' class='wp-smiley' />  ), cu 2 pliculete de zahar vanilat. Apoi se adauga si smantana.</p>

<p style="text-align:left;">6. Se pun bucatele subtiri de unt peste clatite, din loc in loc. Apoi se toarna peste clatite sosul din galbenus si smantana. Se introduce vasul in cuptor, la foc mic (180C).</p>

<p style="text-align:left;">8. Dupa aproximativ 20-25 de minute, sosul din galbenus si smantana ar trebui sa inceapa sa &#8220;se prinda&#8221; (…de poanta). In acest moment se scoate vasul, cu grija ca frige, si se intinde spuma de albus pe deasupra. Se reintroduce in cuptor.</p>

<p>1. Se fierb cartofii in coaja; se curata si se taie felii (mai degraba subtiri si cat mai uniforme). Avand in vedere ca vor sta si la cuptor, nu este necesar sa fie foarte, extrem de, nemaipomenit de fierti (cartofii&#8230;despre ei e vorba). Se fierb 6-7 oua si se feliaza (subtire si uniform, eventual cu o ustensila speciala <img src='http://s1.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';)' class='wp-smiley' />  ).<em><br />

<p>2. Telemeaua se da prin razatoare (se franjureaza, se marunteste, etc). Dam si cascavalul prin razatoare, dar prin razatoarea cea mai mare pentru a obtine un fel de felii subtiri (nu conteaza foarte mult forma, ca oricum se topeste; ideea e sa il putem aranja usor si uniform peste cartofi).<em><br />

<p>3. Celelalte 2 oua se bat si se amesteca cu smantana. Se obtine un fel de sos.</p>

<p>4. Se pun cateva bucatele de unt in vas si se baga la cuptor 3 minute pana se topeste (untul, nu vasul <img src='http://s1.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';)' class='wp-smiley' />  ). Se scoate si se unge vasul cu unt topit. Se aseaza un strat de cartofi, dupa care se presara telemea; apoi un strat de felii de ou; apoi se pune sos&#8230;apoi iar telemea; cartofi, sos, telemea, ou, telemea sos (daca mai este&#8230;la mine era pe terminate la stratul 3 fiindca nu am fost atent si am pus prea mult la primele 2 straturi), cartofi, telemea, ou, sos, cartofi, etc (daca taiati cartofii si ouale in felii subtiri, veti obtine mai multe straturi (eu am avut vreo 4)).<em><br />

<p>5. Peste ultimul strat de cartofi se aseaza cascavalul.<em><br />

<p>6. Se lasa la cuptor, la foc mai degraba mic. Eu am lasat 1,5 ore cu capac; apoi am scos de la cuptor, am scurs zeama care se formase pe margini si am reintrodus la cuptor, fara capac, inca 1 ora. Apoi  a fost gata <img src='http://s0.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> .</p>

<p>7. Se pregateste un pahar de sprit din vin alb, demisec si se serveste cat e foarte cald (cartoful, nu vinul <img src='http://s1.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';)' class='wp-smiley' /> ). Pofta buna!</p>

<p>4. Gusa de porc se taie in bucati lunguiete:</p>

<p>Cartofii, care in prealabil se spala bine dar nu se curata de coaja, se aseaza in Vasul Roman impreuna cu ceapa rosie.</p>
<p>Se adauga 400 de ml de apa si se introduce Vasul Roman la cuptor 1 ora:</p>

<p>Se adauga restul ingredientelor cu exceptia verdetei:</p>

<p>Se mai introduce inca 30 de minute la cuptor, dar fara capac de data asta:</p>

<p>Pulpa de pui si pieptul se aseaza in Vasul Roman, se cresteaza, se adauga 500 ml de apa si se introduce la cuptor 45 de minute:</p>
